extensive selection hotel cleanliness responsive staff
I really enjoyed my time here. The breakfast offered a very extensive selection. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel throughout my stay. The staff were very helpful and responsive to requests.
The older rooms are not as excellent and could use refurbishment. The decor felt a bit dated and less luxurious than expected. Hooks in the bathroom were missing which was an inconvenience.

the breakfast had many options. fresh items was always available, it felt complete. the room had good space, even with big luggage. the room included a dedicated workspace, i worked comfortably there.
the elevators was a bit slow. i had to wait sometimes, , made me late. the gym was small, it had limited equipment. the air conditioning made too much noise, its disrupted my sleep.

accommodating staff comfortable mattress
The staff were very accommodating to all my needs. I really enjoyed the excellent mattress and soft sheets on my bed. The gym had nice equipment.
I think better signs should be added for the spa area. The corridors seemed to go in every direction, then you need a lift, then you are outside, then inside again. I got lost!

the staff's kindness shone.. i felt so welcomed. the cleanliness was immaculate, a testament to their care. the restaurant in the lobby offered good dishes and drinks.
i found the location a bit too busy for my liking. the constant activity made it difficult to fully relax. it would have been nice to have a quieter corner.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities
lovely staff great minibar smooth check-in
I found the gym, sauna, and spa facilities really great (such a treat!). The complimentary toiletries and well-stocked mini bar were appreciated. Early check-in was smooth, and the staff stored our bags after check-out, which helped us explore without luggage.
I only received water bottles on the first night. I found it strange that they were not refilled .

The fitness center includes various equipment. I saw three treadmills there. I also counted two stationary bikes. The indoor pool allows relaxation after a long day. It features a jacuzzi.
The room lacked a soap dish in the shower which was only a minor inconvenience.
